How to get a panini grill?
It is necessary to sign an equipment lease agreement and provide copies of the following documents:
✓ Individuals: passport (full name, photo, registered address) and tax ID, ID card on both sides and certificate of registered residence (record from the unified state demographic register) for IDPs
✓ Sole proprietors (FOP): extract or certificate from the state register and passport (full name, photo, address)
✓ Legal entities: extract or certificate from the state register, a copy of the resolution appointing the director (if not specified in the extract), and the director's passport (full name, photo - for identity and signature verification).
How many paninis do I need to order to get a grill?
To receive a grill, it is enough to place a minimum order. Usually this happens the next day after you submit a partnership application. The grill will arrive along with your first order. We also made sure that the process of preparing panini on the grill is as comfortable and aesthetic as possible, so besides the grill itself, you will receive free accessories for preparation and grill care - tongs and a brush. Clean equipment will always earn the respect of your Guests!
How much does the panini grill rental cost?
There is no rental fee as such - the grill is provided free of charge with product orders starting from 1,000 UAH per month; if the monthly order amount is less than 1,000 UAH, the grill is simply not provided. During the first partial month of partnership, the grill is provided free of charge, regardless of the purchase amount.
What is the grill's power consumption?
The power of the base model is 1.3 kW. Thanks to the cast-iron plates that retain heat for a long time and the built-in thermostat, energy consumption per hour will be significantly lower than that of a household grill of similar power.
According to AI calculations, our standard grill will consume:
✓ Temperature 50°C Standby mode / light warming ~0.13 kWh
✓ Temperature 180°C Standby mode (closed lid) ~0.43 kWh
✓ Temperature 180°C Active working mode (order flow) ~0.80 kWh.
Who repairs the grill?
In case of a grill malfunction through no fault of the user, we will replace the panini grill with a working one free of charge.
How to make a panini?
To prepare a delicious panini:
✓ Toast it on the grill for 2-3 minutes at 180°C until a crispy crust appears, do not press excessively on the grill lid
✓ Use tongs to place the panini into a paper bag, hand it to the hungry Guest, and smile! :)
