Panini is...
What is a panini? Panini are Italian hot sandwiches, toasted on the grill, which have become a favorite snack in many countries of the world. Their popularity lies in the ease of preparation, a wide variety of flavors and an appetizing appearance. The word "panino" itself is an Italian diminutive of the word "pane", which means "bread". That is, literally it is a "loaf" or "small bun". Although the idea of putting the filling between two pieces of bread is as old as the world, panini in the modern sense is a relatively new invention.
The real panini boom began in the 1960s in Milan. Bars called "paninoteche" (paninotheques) began to open in the city, which specialized in preparing hot sandwiches with a variety of fillings. They became incredibly popular as a quick, hearty and fashionable lunch for office workers and young people. From there, the panini fashion quickly spread throughout Italy, and later the world.
One "panino", many "panini". In Italian, the word "panini" is plural. That is, if you order one sandwich, it is correct to say "panino". However, outside of Italy, the name "panini" has taken root so much that it is also called a single sandwich.
The secret of the stripes. The characteristic dark stripes on the crust are not just decoration. They appear due to cooking on a special contact grill, which simultaneously presses and heats the sandwich on both sides. This allows the bread to become crispy, and the cheese inside to melt perfectly.
A symbol of a youth subculture. In the 1980s, a youth movement called "Paninari" emerged in Milan. These were young people who were fascinated by American culture, wore branded clothes and gathered in paninotheques. For them, the panini became a symbol of a modern and dynamic lifestyle.
Today, the panini is an international dish that can be found on cafe menus from New York to Kyiv. It is a perfect example of how simple but well-prepared food can become a true cultural phenomenon.

Panini Grill - the first manufacturer and wholesale distributor of panini in Ukraine since 2012!
The idea of producing and selling paninis wholesale on the Ukrainian market originated back in 2011 when we first tried authentic Italian paninis. Their unique taste and aroma made an unforgettable impression.
Noticing the absence of wholesale panini suppliers in Ukraine, we decided to fill this niche, providing people in our country with the opportunity to enjoy these delicious, grilled sandwiches. We launched production and offered wholesale panini with delivery to linear retail, believing it would be convenient and beneficial for consumers, as well as profitable for many food service establishments.
Our offer was so well-received that in 2012, the first paninis under the new brand Panini Grill appeared on the Kyiv street food market. Kyiv coffee shops were among the first to add paninis to their menu and were very pleased, as their customers often expressed a desire not only to drink coffee but also to have a tasty and hearty snack. Paninis became a great addition to coffee and allowed coffee shops to create new menus.
In Kyiv, there are many places where you can buy paninis - from specialized cafes to supermarkets. Paninis are very popular because these grilled sandwiches are not only tasty but also nutritious. The price of paninis may vary depending on the chosen line. As a rule, paninis are available at an affordable price, making them attractive to a wide range of sandwich lovers. We were the pioneers and remain the leading wholesale panini suppliers, driven by continuous improvement in both our products and service. As the No. 1 company in the domestic panini sandwich market, Panini Grill offers partners and customers an honest balance of proven quality and fair pricing.
Burgers are another popular snack and another stage in expanding the product range of Panini Grill. The products are designed for lovers of meat classics and are represented by three popular flavors. Any of our partners can buy burgers wholesale, either separately or in combination with other lines produced by Panini Grill.
Recently, toasts have become popular again. Thanks to their versatility, these sandwiches can be served to guests both toasted and cold, which requires no time or effort to prepare and is convenient for coffee shops with high traffic.
Delivery of paninis by our company is carried out at a convenient time for you and is possible with a minimum order amount, so that you can always offer your Guests only fresh paninis!
